Who can pay this site, and who never will

Fixture File is paid, when it is paid, by affiliate commissions. This page names every partner, shows how the links are marked, and lists the categories we refuse to link no matter what they pay — because on a health topic the refusals matter as much as the disclosures.

The partners

Four programs can pay this site a commission when a reader buys or books through our links: DentalPlans.com (a marketplace for dental savings plans), Careington and DentalSave (discount-plan operators), and Opencare (a dentist-booking service). Savings and discount plans are memberships, not insurance — every page that links one says so beside the link. Being bookable through Opencare is not an endorsement of any dentist by us.

Every paying link on this site routes through a /go/ address, carries a sponsored/nofollow marking for search engines, and sits next to a visible note for humans. On the cost page, the disclosure paragraph comes before the first paying link, and the routes that pay us nothing — dental schools, community health centers, Medicaid where it applies, clinical trials — are listed ahead of everything that pays. Commissions never touch the figures: prices on this site come from named sources with read dates, and no partner supplies or approves a number.

  • Implant clinics, chains and DSOs. No clinic pays for placement or links here, in any country. Where a named clinic's published claim appears — as one does on the cost sheet — it is quoted as that clinic's own attributed statement, and the clinic gets no link and no referral.
  • Medical- and dental-tourism facilitators. Treatment abroad involves safety questions this site does not cover, and we take no commission tied to it.
  • Lenders and medical credit cards. Financing dental work is a real subject, but a site earning per application cannot write about it honestly, so we earn nothing from any lender and link none.
  • Anything requiring a testimonial, a before/after photo, or an invented number. We have none of the three.

Why publish refusals?

Because a disclosure page that only lists income tells half the story. The half that protects a reader on a health topic is what a site declined: the categories above are where implant-adjacent money is largest and where the conflict with honest information is sharpest. If this list ever changes, the change appears here first, in plain sight.
